Teenage hangout space
The brief
Our client wanted a garden room that functioned as an additional space for their teenage children with a kitchenette but that also had a small integrated shed to tidy away typical garden tools & equipment.
The solution
Built boundary-to-boundary on three elevations with SIP panels and using ground screw foundations allowed for a quick and efficient installation process with minimal ground works needed.
The Western Red Cedar clad garden room benefits from bi-fold doors to maximise light and internally a small kitchenette installed and fully plastered walls finished in premium Little Greene paint.
The integrated shed provides a useful space and clever use of cedar to clad the external door gives a seamless look and feel to this garden room.
