Upper Tooting

The brief

Our client had very specific wishes for his 20m2 garden room. They wanted a multi-functioning garden room that provided the correct conditions for general storage as well as a separate home office.

The solution

Constructed using highly efficient SIP panels and clad in wide Larch battens, the key structural feature was the creation of an air-conditioned storage area separated from the home office by sliding frosted glass pocket doors.

French doors were installed to give a more classic feel with a large window in the end wall of the storage area with another large, tall window in the office to enjoy the attractive fir tree trunk that the window frames beautifully.
